Greek Australian health queen Kayla Itsines has revealed her favorite snack that solely requires 5 elements.
The 29-year-old mentioned she ‘loves’ making a Mexican-style salsa when she’s entertaining her associates or household – and it takes simply minutes to make.
“Don’t stress about consuming ‘unhealthy’ meals when entertaining. That is so easy and simple to make and filled with vitamins. It’s really easy and yummy,” she posted on Instagram.
So what are the 5 elements? Tomatoes, pink onion, coriander, lemon and corn chips or flatbread.
To make the dressing, she combines a splash of olive oil with lemon juice, seasoned with salt and pepper to style.
“Simply cube your tomatoes, onions and cilantro. Then combine along with a beneficiant sprinkling of your dressing elements. Serve with corn chips, flat breads or in tacos. So scrumptious!!”
