ANDERSON, Ind. (WISH) — Simply days after a controversial Fb put up went viral, the proprietor of an Anderson sweet store says he’s promoting his enterprise.
Randy Good, proprietor of Good’s Sweet Store, says the shop is on the market “efficient instantly.”
“I’ve been at this for 40 years. Maybe people are proper, I’m out of contact,” Good stated in an announcement to Information 8.
In put up on Fb earlier this week, Good described the kind of people he did not want to hire at the candy shop.
Tens of hundreds of Fb customers responded to the put up.
“Splitting is a conduct of ladies, younger principally however not at all times. Normally taught by their moms,” the put up stated. “That is the one that talks about others in an try to separate folks aside and really feel higher about themselves.”
The put up, which has since been deleted, was criticized as misogynist.
On Thursday evening, Good spoke with News 8’s Demie Johnson.
“Perhaps I posted it with out sufficient thought. Perhaps I didn’t choose the best phrases. For heaven’s sake, I barely made it out of highschool. It’s not like I’m a phrase genius,” Good stated.
